On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to inclusivity and support for persons living with disabilities as he presented a brand new 32-seater Toyota Coaster bus to the Kwara State School for Special Needs. The generous gift came as a delightful surprise to the school community and stands as a testament to the Governor’s ongoing dedication to improving the welfare and educational experience of children with special needs.
For the school’s principal, Alhaji AbdulGaniyi Olododo, the Governor is nothing short of a hero. Since his inauguration in 2019, Governor AbdulRazaq has championed significant developmental projects at the school, leaving a lasting impact on both staff and pupils. Among his many contributions, the Governor has overseen the construction of new buildings, the rehabilitation of aging facilities, installation of water and solar-powered lighting systems, provision of modern learning aids, and the construction of the school’s internal road network.
