Kwara State College of Education, Oro Extends Appreciation to Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun

The Provost, Prof. Mukaila Ayanda Aremu, on behalf of the college management, staff, and students, expresses heartfelt appreciation to Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun for considering COED Oro among the govt owned beneficiaries of Special High Impact Projects (SHIP) in the state. The Special High Impact Project aimed at transforming teacher education and boosting academic infrastructure, aligns with Tetfund’s strategy to elevate tertiary institutions nationwide.

The N2 billion tetfund allocation to the College will be used to:

  • Develop modern infrastructure
  • Upgrade teaching facilities
  • Enhance institutional capacity to meet contemporary educational standards

The college acknowledges Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi’s significant role in securing Tetfund intervention since his appointment as the North Central representative on the Board of Trustees. They also extend gratitude to the Kwara State Government, led by Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, for supporting Engr. Adeyemi’s appointment.

The Provost prays for continued strength and success for both Engr. Adeyemi and the Kwara State Government.
